Dato Eric Khanthan completed his Degree in Business Administration. With his vast knowledge and expertise, he ventured into business when establishing his 1^st enterprise companies now known as Vintage Property Management Sdn Bhd and Vintage Trade Sdn Bhd.

In his effective positive impact through diversity, collaboration and support, a paradigm shift took effect as he managed to diversify his business into other diversification for personal growth whilst collaboratively achieving the business mission successfully.

Travelling to Malaysia’s neighboring countries increased the opportunity to risk management and trading sustainability strategies. With his strong entrepreneurship mindset, Dato Eric Khanthan successfully incorporated Vintage Trade India Private Limited in India Market in 2012, introducing the company’s newest product branding I-Master CCTV surveillance camera. I-Master CCTV is known as one of Vintage Trade India Private Limited successful brand in India Market distributorship. Vintage India Pvt Limited has diversified its distributorship within Southern region of India.

Dato Eric Khanthan’s is also well known for his business dealings on property and real estate investment.  He is also actively working towards future projects and consultancy services in the real estate industry. Dato is wisely becomes an Advisor, Negotiator to his entire loyal client and met their expectation investment without fail, with its value in returns.

At Year 2017, Dato Eric Khanthan completed his studies journey by completing his master’s in real estate. It became strength for his team within his circle. Dato Eric Khanthan is experiences are cumulatively demonstrated from the business partnerships and history of working in the Real Estate industry.
